Our meetings are generally held at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Mt. Olive. The meetings usually run from 8:00am to 10:30am or 6:00pm - 8:30pm. To register, please click on the appropriate links. Renovating Human Resources-What the H.R.You Really Doing?

The session will focus on empowering HR to make challenging employee relations decisions that are legally sound and consistent with their organization's strategic management. Attendees will break up into groups to do an employee problem assessment with "actors" brought in as the aggrieved employee. After the role-play each group, the employee and the speaker will do an autopsy on the decisions that were reached and what could and should have been done better as well as what strengths were demonstrated in the process.
