The Sussex-Warren Chapter is a small and growing chapter that serves HR professionals who live and work in Sussex and Warren counties and surrounding areas. We offer our members relevant Chapter programming events, legislative updates, volunteer opportunities, and the opportunity to network with member colleagues. We advance the profession through our annual "financial pledge" to The SHRM Foundation, assisting in the planning of the Garden State Council's Annual Conference, advocating HRCI certification, and being a resource and partnering with local/community organizations such as the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce.

Our ability to serve HR professionals like you, and advance our profession is dependent on the collective talents and unique perspectives of all of our volunteer members. I invite you to take the next step, no matter how big or small, to increase your level of involvement in our Chapter. If you haven't formally joined our Chapter, please take that step by contacting membership ebaltruk@edificeinfo.com or completing the Primary Chapter Designation Form. If you haven't attended a meeting in awhile, come back, we miss your perspective, and am confident you will reap the rewards of the program content and your HR colleagues. If you are contemplating serving on a committee or volunteering in some capacity, define the amount of time you are willing to commit and talk to a member of our Board. Every volunteer minute counts, and our Chapter benefits from your individual perspective. We really do NEED you!
